Orders

All deliveries will take place via Courier week commencing 1st December 2007 unless otherwise requested.
This is simply to comply with our "Prying Eyes" policy of making it as easy as possible for you to prevent drawing unwanted attention to Christmas Parcels and to eliminate the need for "frantic hiding" .
Once you have completed your purchase, your items will be packaged and stored in protective atmosphere before being despatched to the Courier for delivery within 48hrs w/c 1/12/07.
Substitution
If, in the unlikely event a chosen product is not in stock or cannot be supplied for any reason whatsoever, the company, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the item that has been ordered for a similar product of the same or higher value.
Your Right to cancel
We allow seven (7) days in which you may review your order with us.
Any cancellation of an order must be put in writing.
If the contract is cancelled within the 7 day cooling-off period and prior to goods despatch, HollyJolly Stockings.com will refund any payment made in full within 30 days. (except any postage costs incurred by HOLLYJOLLYSTOCKINGS) All cancelled items must be returned to us (at your expense) in the manner set out below and which must be received by us complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.
Returns Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us (at your expense) within 7 days of receipt. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange or a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. HOLLYJOLLYSTOCKINGS accept no liability for any costs incurred for the return of goods, unless in the opinion of HOLLYJOLLYSTOCKINGS the goods are deemed faulty.

All prices quoted on this site are in UK pounds and exclude VAT unless otherwise stated. All prices are subject to change without any prior notification, please contact us by phone or email to confirm latest prices.
Prices and availability of goods is subject to change without notice.
If applicable and if stated against the product you are purchasing, a delivery charge may be added to your order value, please see delivery times and charges.

Payment must be made prior to despatch. Payment can be made by Paypal, cheque or postal order. Cheques should be made payable to HollyJolly Stockings.com. Cheques need to be cleared before despatch this may take approx 1 week. Paypal/postal order payments are processed on the day of despatch.
HOLLYJOLLYSTOCKINGS is in no way responsible for the functioning of the PayPal service nor for any problems or losses that this service may cause.
Payment may be made using a wide selection of credit and debit cards .You confirm that the credit/debit card which is being used is yours. Your credit/debit card details will be transmitted via the web to a secure server.
All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. HOLLYJOLLYSTOCKINGS reserves the right to refuse credit card payments in its reasonable discretion.
Description of Products and Variations
Care is taken in the illustration and description of goods. The reproduction of colours and styles are as accurate as photographic and image processing will allow.
Exact colour matches cannot be guaranteed and variations may occur in size and materials due to the hand made nature of the goods.
HOLLYJOLLYSTOCKINGS does not accept responsibility for slight variances in colour and style.
All our ceramics and fabrics are handmade, it is important to note that slight variations are not considered faults
All pottery is decorated by hand, and is dishwasher and microwave safe.
All textiles are hand made and the 100% cotton is hand woven.
Liability
Unless otherwise agreed in writing HOLLYJOLLYSTOCKINGS maximum liability to you arising by reason of or in connection with the supply of the Products to you shall be limited to the amount paid by you in respect of the Products in question. HOLLYJOLLYSTOCKINGS shall not in any event be liable to you for:
- any direct loss in excess of the payment amount; or
- any loss of profits, business or anticipated savings or loss of or corruption to data or any other indirect loss or consequential loss whatsoever even if it has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
